Our stylish hotel is situated in a quiet residential area about 1 km (15 minutes) east of the town center of Kappl. Place directly at the house ski buses stops wich brings our guests to the ski resort of Kappl, or to transfer to Ischgl ski.

Each apartment has a total area of 45 square feet. They are divided into bedroom, toilet, bathroom, cloakroom, living room and balcony.

The kitchenettes are well with all the cooking, or eating utensils, and all have all the usual appliances (microwave oven).

Enjoy the beautiful views in the comfortably furnished living rooms, or relax in front of the TV set (satellite channels).

Our house has a further double room which can either be posted to an apartment, or as a double room with shower / WC and sat-TV.

A Wi-Fi Internet access is available to our guests in all accommodations.
